Office Hours (public access): 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Permits may be obtained via phone from 6 am until 6 pm. on Monday thru Friday and 6 am until 2 pm on Saturday. Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Length: Over 90-110 2 cars on all. Under 90 may run 24.7, if over daylight only.
Width: 2 lane 1 front 12-14, 2 cars front and rear if over 14. 4 lane or interstate; 1 rear if over 14-16, over 17 must be accompanied by city county, state rep. Over 20 is Superload. No holiday or night moves if over 14 wide.
Height: Over 15 requires high pole adjusted 6 over max load height..
Weight: If over 108,000 overall; Superload.
Travel Restrictions.
Daylight hours only. Permit is not valid for movement during periods of significantly reduced vision and/or inclement weather. If strong winds occur over 23 mph travel is restricted. No movement is permitted on New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day NOTE: If the holiday falls on a Monday or a Friday, no weekend movement is allowed.
No movement through the greater Little Rock areas from 7 am until 9 am or 4 pm until 6 pm on Interstate 30 (mm 137- 143); Interstate 30 (mm 151 - 155) and all of Interstate 630.
